Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee multiple programs and projects, ensuring strategic alignment, efficient execution, and delivery of business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, and a preference for expertise in the Cards domain. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving program strategy, and fostering collaboration to achieve client and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Program Management (70%) Develop and execute program strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including program managers, project managers, and technical leads. Oversee the program lifecycle from initiation to delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with executives and partners. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; implement contingency plans. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Operational Management (20%) Handle resource management, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding. Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth team operations. Delivery & Leadership (10%) Represent delivery organization in client escalations and steering committee meetings. Collaborate with project managers to ensure client expectations are met. Prepare and present materials for leadership and governance meetings. Additional Responsibilities Track project status, KPIs, and ensure transparency across teams. Develop project charters, plans, and maintain delivery forecasts. Analyze risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure effective risk management. Oversee change management and establish PMO structures for governance. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure resource ramp-up as per client needs. Required Qualifications 1216 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years in Banking and Financial Services and exposure to Cards domain. Strong leadership and program management skills. Excellent time management, financial management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in SDLC models and knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders. Proficiency in PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office. Preferred Qualifications Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP). Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional , Program Management Professional (PgMP)
