Supplier Data Collection Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Supplier Data Collection Lead to join their team in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead SKU and supplier qualification for data collection readiness
* The Supplier Data Collection Lead will coordinate with 3rd-party data services to prioritize, track, and escalate collection activities
* Maintain the supplier collection tracker and ensure updates are accurate and timely
* Collaborate with Merchandising to escalate gaps, delays, or non-responsiveness
* Manage and update project workflows using tools like Monday.com or similar
* The Supplier Data Collection Lead will generate weekly progress reports and support metric reporting (e.g., SKU volume, % complete)
* Ensure data completeness and quality standards are met before ingestion into PIM

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleanup)
* Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.)
* Comfortable communicating with cross-functional teams and external partners
* Detail-oriented and highly organized with a sense of urgency
* Familiarity with eCommerce product data or supplier onboarding preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
