Job summary :
Masters degree in HCI, Social Science, Psychology or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of proven industrial working experience as a UX researcher in a fast-paced environment, or similar. 3 years of experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews, literature reviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, qual and quant data analysis, and survey research. 2 years of experience conducting generative research.

Responsibilities :
Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences. Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in person presentations. Masters degree or PhD in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related .
3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization. Possessing advanced skills in data visualization, analysis, and presentation, essential for Data Scientists Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research Methods .
Experience in a variety of product spaces, applied research or academic settings .
As a TVC User Experience Researcher (UXR), you ll work closely with our BizTech ADS team in MTV to help their data scientists, product managers, engineers understand user needs. You ll work with ADS stakeholders across functions and levels and have impact at all stages of product development. You ll play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful .
