8+ years of professional software development experience delivering scalable, customer-focused products
5+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails development
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, ActiveRecord, and MVC architecture
Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and performance optimization
Experience with background jobs (Sidekiq/Resque) and caching (Redis)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices
Data-driven, ownership-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
