we are seeking a tech-savvy project manager with previous experience as a database developer, ETL lead/data engineer, or data analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of product and engineering projects, ensuring clear definition, prioritization, and alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Drive agile methodologies, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions to maintain team velocity.
• Ensure that all tickets and tasks are complete, actionable, well-documented, and clearly defined.
• Understand technology requirements, roadmap, dependencies, evolution, and develop a plan for mitigating risks and delivering features that meet the requirements across multiple products.

Monitor project timelines, identify risks, communicate clearly across teams, and implement proactive measures to keep projects on track.

Interface closely with engineering and product teams to understand technical intricacies and manage complex technical dependencies effectively.

Develop and maintain clear dashboards and metrics to accurately track progress, team velocity, and overall project health.

Establish and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders and provide timely project status and progress reporting

Demonstrate a passionate approach to project management to establish processes and drive projects forward

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in a technology company.

Strong experience managing large Data warehouse and Business Intelligence projects

Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

Leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to navigate complexity and technical detail.

Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management software.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and clearly communicate key metrics.

A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, able to foster alignment across diverse teams.

Extensive knowledge of project management tools used to track project plans and progress

PMP, CSM, ITIL, or other relevant certifications preferred
