RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a full-time Genesis Cloud CX3 Architect to remotely support our enterprise technology client based out of Round Rock, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud CX3 Expert, particularly focused and highly skilled on Genesys Cloud Architect and Genesys Cloud Admin to act as a technical lead for the development and implementation of our customer experience solution. This role requires technical expertise with Genesys Cloud Architect and the creation of the complete customer journey including the contact flow inclusive of backend integration for systems of record and AI-driven customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end to end customer journey flow creation in Genesys Architect
* Provide technical guidance to other hands-on developers with IVR flows, bot flows, backend and AI integrations, and routing
* Collaborate with product managers and other software developers to ensure requirements are understood and translate them into technical solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud Architect hands on build and implementation including IVR flows, bot flows and backend integrations
* Familiar with AI/ML tools and NLU/NLP technologies
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with architects, developers, and product managers
* Excellent communication skills
* Genesys certification (GCX-ARC, GXC-CCA, and GCX-SCR) is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
