Job Details

Assist in preparing and processing task orders and agreements.

Support contract execution workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely routing.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Finance) for contract reviews and approvals.

Maintain tracking systems for contract and task order status updates. SAP System Support (Preferred)

Utilize SAP to process purchase order Travel and Accommodation Coordination

Arrange domestic and international travel for team members

Book hotels, flights, and local transportation in accordance with corporate travel policy.

Maintain travel itineraries and support expense reconciliation when required.
