Strong understanding of technology and experience working on technical projects (not necessarily as a developer).
Former QA/testers with product experience are encouraged to apply.
Background in mortgage-backed securities or financial services is a significant plus.
Excellent soft skills: proactive, problem-solving mindset, can "own the room."
Project management experience: able to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
Targeting both mid-level (5+ yrs) and senior-level (8+ yrs) candidates.
