Job Details
Role: Workday HCM Developer
Location: Onsite (San Antonio, TX)
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including but not limited to: Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting and Security.
- Collaborate with Client's Project team, HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
- Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result.
- Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications.
- Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements.
