RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technology Operations in Plano, TX. This is a 12-month contract with potential for full-time.
Duties:
* Conduct Post Incident Reviews to complete Root Cause Analysis
* Document findings and assign action items
* Create executive reporting
* Coordinate with other teams on RCA and Action item status
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of Problem Management Background
Post Incident candidates must illustrate in resume/experience:
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings - RCA/Problem Analyst exp in large company
* Document what happened, how it happened, and its impact on the business/Customers
* Assign tasks to teams and track action items with due dates
Coordinate with Problem Management Team:
* Update ServiceNow tickets and ensure accuracy - ServiceNow/Ticket System proficiency
* Prepare, communicate, and share root cause documents internally and externally, 3rd Party
* Support company travel processes (nice-to-have experience)
* ITIL Certification: Strongly preferred
* AWS exposure is a plus, AWS Cert +++
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
