Job Details

Role: Peoplesoft Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 6+Months

Job Description:

  • Assist in the configuration and customization of Peoplesoft applications to meet client requirements
  • Participate in the implementation process, including requirements gathering, system design, and testing
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing training on Peoplesoft functionalities
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to develop best practices and improve application performance
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records of system changes and updates
  • Contribute to project meetings and share insights on potential improvements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Peoplesoft applications and their functionalities
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques

Preferred:

  • Internship experience in an IT or consulting environment
  • Knowledge of business processes in HR or Finance roles
  • Exposure to project management methodologies
