SAP Program Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Program / Client Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementations, manage project delivery, and ensure successful rollout of SAP programs. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP project management experience, deep functional knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) and Finance, and the ability to coordinate across client, offshore, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage 3 4 end-to-end SAP implementations as Project Manager. - Possess strong understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) and Finance functional and business processes. - Understand integration points, interdependencies, and impacts across SAP modules. - Own end-to-end project management, ensuring all project phases are completed successfully. - Lead project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of SAP solutions. - Coordinate with clients, offshore teams, and senior management; conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings. - Prepare and manage project plans, execution strategies, release plans, cutover plans, and exit criteria for gating. - Track and monitor delivery progress against project plans; provide regular status updates to senior leadership and follow up on action items. - Work within Agile delivery frameworks, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters on daily operations. - Own overall program delivery, maintain strong connections with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with client expectations. - Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks associated with the project or program. - Collaborate with offshore teams and ensure regular project delivery reviews. - Provide strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills to drive project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications: - 18+ years of IT experience, with 8 10 years as SAP Project Manager. - Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SAP implementations. - Strong functional knowledge in OTC and Finance. - Experience managing large-scale, complex SAP programs with cross-functional teams. - Prior experience with Agile delivery frameworks and working with Scrum teams. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges effectively. - Experience coordinating with offshore teams and distributed global teams. - Strong project planning, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
