Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis using SAP software to support business operations and strategic initiatives
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Assist in the development of financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience in financial analysis
• Proficiency in SAP software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification such as CFA or CPA
• Experience in the retail industry
