Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in New York, NY as a RevOps Manager, where you'll work full-time in a strategic role.
You will collaborate closely with leadership to support sales, finance, and strategy.
This position requires proficiency in managing generic technology systems and offers a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute GTM strategies by building targeted account lists.
Enhance sales team focus through improved data and reporting.
Create scalable reports for sales performance and strategic presentations.
Identify and address gaps in processes, tools, and reporting systems.
Manage and optimize the current technology stack for efficiency.

Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in RevOps or sales operations at early-stage businesses.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Experience in finance or analytical disciplines is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to drive strategic shifts in business operations.
Autonomous individual contributor comfortable with minimal supervision.
