Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in help desk support, troubleshooting, and IT support workflows
- Experience in Zendesk ticketing system and request resolution tracking
- Experience in supporting licensing or regulatory systems, especially in healthcare or government
- Experience with configuration and administration of system settings and user roles
- Experience in documenting system changes and maintaining records in SharePoint
- Experience with application support tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal documentation and user support
Responsibilities:
- Resolve all assigned Zendesk and LARS support tickets within defined SLAs
- Proficiency in implementing and documenting system changes accurately and promptly
- Proficiency in managing user account tasks like resets, role changes, and workflow updates
- Proficiency with collecting requirements and providing timelines for requested system changes
- Proficiency in collaborating with QA and trainers for adequate testing before deployment
- Proficiency with logging all changes in the Application Change Log and storing documents in SharePoint
- Communicate clearly and consistently with requestors and team members throughout the change process
