Job Details

As a Project Coordinator with Sentinel Technologies, you will be integral to the Project Management process. You will be responsible for coordinating engineers and vendors within the project arena to best deliver and meet the project needs and deadlines. Your organization, sense of urgency, and ability to work with a variety of people within an organization will have you prepared to hit the ground running.

This role offers a hybrid work setup, with time split between remote work and our Downers Grove, IL office.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project settings to include PM, Junior PM, Scheduler, Engineer, or planner
  • 2+ years experience in IT or technology related field
  • Experience coordinating and organizing amongst multiple work groups and regions
  • The ability to be flexible, show poise and work with changes on the fly to ensure project needs are met on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels within an organization
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required

Compensation Range:

$50,000-$70,000/annually
