Duration: 6 12 months contract

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of high-impact digital products. This role will serve as the voice of the customer within a cross-functional team, ensuring delivery of solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product priorities and backlog management.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
• Establish and track success metrics to measure product outcomes.
• Champion agile practices, ideally with experience in SAFe.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in digital product ownership and delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and balance competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reservation solutions in the transportation industry.
• Familiarity with SaaS and cloud implementations.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
