Job Title: Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, particularly in compensation management. As an Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs within our organization's Oracle HCM system. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that compensation practices align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oracle HCM Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Compensation module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  2. Compensation Program Design: Collaborate with HR leadership to design and develop compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, incentives, and equity plans, utilizing Oracle HCM Compensation module functionalities.
  3. System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the Oracle HCM Compensation module, managing user access, security settings, and system configurations.
  4. Data Management: Oversee data integrity within the Oracle HCM Compensation module, including regular audits, data cleanup, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  5. Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding compensation practices, making necessary updates to Oracle HCM configurations as needed.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide analysis on compensation trends, metrics, and performance to support decision-making by HR and executive leadership.
  7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on the functionality and best practices of the Oracle HCM Compensation module.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of X years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on compensation management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading system implementations or upgrades is a plus.
  • Oracle HCM certifications are desirable but not required.
