Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled M365 Dynamics Consultant to manage, support, and optimize their enterprise resource planning (ERP) system using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective configuration, maintenance, and performance of the Dynamics 365 environment across various departments. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system security and data integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or Business Central as applicable.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and data integrity.
  • Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Provide day-to-day technical and functional support to end-users, including training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement system solutions.
  • Manage system updates, patches, integrations, and ensure minimal downtime during these operations.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts during system implementations or upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and customizations using tools like Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), SSRS, or other reporting tools.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FO, BC, CRM, or equivalent modules).
  • Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Proven experience in user support, training, and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or relevant role-based certifications.
  • Experience with integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, KingswaySoft).
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server), reporting tools (SSRS, Jet Reports), or system monitoring tools.
  • Previous experience with ERP implementation or migration projects is highly desirable.

Pay Range: $60.00 - $68.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
