Job Title: Lead Content Operations

Location: USA Remote
Experience: 3 to 7 years


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Content Operations professional to take ownership of global web experiences by managing and optimizing content across digital platforms. You will lead the execution of product data integration, localization, SEO best practices, and content governance using tools like Contentful, AEM, Jira, and Figma. The ideal candidate brings a mix of content strategy, CMS experience, stakeholder communication, and agile methodology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end content updates and product launches across global websites.

  • Manage product content data (e.g., pricing, availability, configuration) and maintain accuracy in JSON files or PIM systems.

  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and engineering teams for campaign rollouts and asset development.

  • Create and maintain pages in Contentful or AEM using Figma designs or user stories.

  • Add SEO metadata and manage content localization through translation workflows.

  • Handle sales promotions, updates to finance offers, and campaign banners.

  • Execute content QA, UAT, and defect resolution.

  • Drive Agile ceremonies and document work in Jira (user stories, tickets).

  • Interpret digital analytics to support prioritization and optimization.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 7 years of experience in content operations, web content management, or digital marketing.

  • Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms (especially Contentful, AEM).

  • Experience creating user stories and managing tasks in Jira.

  • Proficient in SEO best practices and web localization workflows.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with QA, UAT, and defect tracking.


Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to Web Analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare).

  • Experience working with digital asset management and CGI content pipelines.

  • Prior experience with product information management (PIM) systems.
