Description
* Engage in direct sourcing and interviewing to support talent acquisition.
* Research and engage with potential candidates for upcoming roles.
* Utilize social media and other platforms to build a candidate pipeline.
* Participate in diversity recruiting strategies to enhance workforce diversity.
* Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills and interest.
* Maintain market intelligence and provide feedback on recruiting trends.
* Leverage CRM tactics to engage diverse talent communities.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Recruiters to define sourcing strategies.
* Build and maintain a database of active and passive candidates.
* Source candidates through direct sourcing, social media, and referrals.
* Utilize market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.
* Engage and qualify candidates through initial screening processes.
* Implement CRM tactics to maintain diverse talent communities.
* Drive diversity recruiting strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
Qualifications
* Experience in executing direct sourcing methodologies and techniques.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management Systems.
* Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong understanding of market conditions, hiring trends, and competitor intelligence.
