Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking an Active Directory Migration Support for a 3-month contract role that is fully remote.

Structure of position:
* Volume: Pilots show 10% failure rate, 200 = 200, 20 failures
* Velocity: 500-1000 objects per week, broken up daily
* The Active Directory Migration Support is responsible for approximately 100 calls a day
* Service Desk Tier II - first point of contact

REQUIREMENTS:
* Field Tech or Service Desk background
* MS Windows experience
* Experience migrating accounts
* Desktop experience, entire profile
* AD experience
* Password Resets experience
* Rebuild Profile experience
* Experience handling escalations to Tier III
* Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
* Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
