Job Description:
The ECV team needs a full stack Java developer to delivery critical new features to support Identify Verification and Patriot Act Verification for Crypto accounts. This developer would also contribute towards the onboarding/integration of new vendor offerings that will be used in the future.
Required Skills:
- Full stack Java developer
- Experience with Spring Boot application framework
- Understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency with version control systems, specifically GitHub
- Knowledge of databases, including Mongo and SQL
- Strong testing and debugging skills, with familiarity in JUnit or other Java testing libraries
- Experience in writing BDD test scenarios using Cucumber
Nice to Have Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivation
- Eager to engage with other developers on the team
Education/ Experience Required:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and related frameworks
Typical day in the Role:
- Standup with Scrum team at 10 am
- Development and team engagement for the remainder of the day
