Immediate need for a talented Manufacturing Engineer I. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Waukesha WI (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work shift 1st 7Am 3: 30PM (OT is occasional if needed)
  • Equipment set up for production in accordance to specified settings.
  • Operation of developmental process including accurate digital records of the work performed as required for company s quality policy
  • Proactively identify hazards and assist in resolution of safety concerns
  • Suggest improvements to current processes and work instructions
  • Assist the execution of previously designed experiments
  • Collaborate with engineering personnel for process development and improvement
  • Address and/or escalate abnormalities with equipment quality and production flow
  • Visually inspect components and manipulate features under a microscope to resolve discrepancies
  • From detailed instructions, set up equipment for material recovery (rework) when applicable
  • Comply with daily safety, quality, and delivery goals
  • Assist with ensuring equipment readiness when equipment is in idle state
  • Maintain workstation in an orderly state following the 5S protocol while meeting all requirements of a cleanroom environment


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; Manufacture, PCCT(Photon)AND CT Detector
  • Required skill set: Manufacturing experience, computer proficiency, fine motor dexterity, high levels of visual acuity
  • PCCT Pre-production Engineering Manufacturing Support
  • Associates degree, or a High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years technical experience
  • Proficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem solving techniques
  • Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
  • Fine motor skills and high levels of visual acuity
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Experience in a precision manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
