Summary:
The Supply Planning Analyst role will focus on supporting the global outsourced strategy and site location strategy for teams and programs within Global Operations. You will partner closely with a variety of teams including Global Outsourcing, Partner Operations, Workforce Management, CapacityPlanning, Finance, Data Analytics and multiple teams within Meta Global Operations organization to create tools to drive visibility to our physical footprint and resource planning (headcount), inform decisions on work allocation and help plan capacity across a complex set of operations.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:
The Supply Planning Analyst role will focus on supporting the global outsourced strategy and site location strategy for teams and programs within Global Operations. You will partner closely with a variety of teams including Global Outsourcing, Partner Operations, Workforce Management, CapacityPlanning, Finance, Data Analytics and multiple teams within Meta Global Operations organization to create tools to drive visibility to our physical footprint and resource planning (headcount), inform decisions on work allocation and help plan capacity across a complex set of operations.
Responsibilities:
- Track and support the end-to-end allocation of work (hours and/or headcount), auditing and
- administration of supply, physical capacity across a complex global operation.
- Provide input into data-driven strategies balancing the priorities and timelines of multiple business
- units
- Build tools to enable allocation of projected demand, supply and other factors influencing utilization of
- capacity and physical footprint and requirements
- Track and record allocation of programs across footprint ensuring end-to-end system coordination
- Maintain processes to promote responsible utilization of our internal and external footprint
- Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute
- product or project goals
- Support new ideas through experimentation, ad hoc analytics, and framework development
- Apply solid judgment regarding support needs across multiple competing priorities
Minimum Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, resource planning, workforce management, workforce analytics,
- space planning, vendor operations or a combination of these
- Experience in process documentation and iterative process improvement
- Experience supporting organization-wide projects
- Self-starter with experience navigating high levels of ambiguity and complexity
- Full proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar data visualization applications
- Knowledge in SQL
- Team-players focused on winning together, achieving more as a team than as an individual
Must-Have Skills:
- Analytical Skills: The ability to collect and analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions is crucial for this role.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for this role, as you will be working with various
- stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other teams
- Time Management: As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will need to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and meet expectations
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the following tools and technologies are required Excel (including pivot tables,
- macros, and data modeling) Tableau (or similar data visualization tools)
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Anaplan Tool Experience: Having experience with Anaplan, a cloud-based planning and performance management platform, is a nice-to-have skill for this role. If you have worked with Anaplan in the past, it would be beneficial to highlight this experience.
- Workforce Management and Resource Planning: Knowledge of workforce management and resource planning principles and practices is also a nice-to-have skill. This includes understanding how to
