We are looking for a Teamcenter Quality Solution Architect to drive the successful deployment of best-in-class quality management solutions across multiple industries. This role plays a key part in helping customers unlock the full value of the Digital Thread using Siemens' Teamcenter Quality and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) platforms.
Your Role & Impact
- Lead the architecture, deployment, and integration of Siemens Quality solutions especially Teamcenter Quality.
- Guide customers through digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other standards.
- Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and deliver scalable, value-driven quality solutions.
- Design and implement business process improvements using tools like FMEA, CAPA, Control Plan, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
- Enable closed-loop quality systems with key modules: APQP, Nonconformance Management, Inspection Planning, and Training Management.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements, including workshops, architecture design, and implementation planning.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end digital quality solutions.
- Support solution configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live issue resolution.
- Translate quality standards into actionable and auditable system configurations.
- Drive knowledge sharing and promote continuous improvement internally and with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong grasp of core quality practices, including document control, change management, and QMS implementations.
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949; lead auditor certification is a plus.
- Prior experience implementing or supporting enterprise QMS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) under export regulations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in external audits and regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, CPG, or Medical Devices.
- Familiarity with quality tools: SPC, Process Flow, Design/Process FMEA, Gauge Management, NCR/SCAR, etc.
- Technical knowledge: SQL, Java, HTML, XSLT, or database management.
- Experience with QMS tools like QSYS, Teamcenter Quality, Opcenter, Plex, SAP QM, QAD Cebos, Windchill Quality, QT9, EtQ, etc.
- Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement background is desirable.
