Location: Texas, Hybrid
Type: Contract - 6months +
Client: Telecommunications domain
Rate / Salary: $58/hr onwards - Depends on experience and engagement type

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and complex Salesforce architecture. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, and the ability to drive scalable and maintainable solutions across the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, build, and deploy custom applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and core Salesforce features.
2. Architect end-to-end solutions by integrating with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
3. Optimize and refactor existing components and business logic to improve performance and maintainability.
4. Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews, best practice guidance, and technical leadership.
5. Drive data modeling, design patterns, and system integrations with cross-functional teams.
6. Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
7. Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.
8. Own the technical delivery of large-scale enhancements and participate in planning and estimation.
9. Ensure Salesforce platform security, compliance, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
2. 3+ years of development using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
3. Strong command over Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Aura, and Salesforce APIs
4. Experience with Salesforce data model, custom metadata, and custom settings
5. Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems
6. Proficiency with Agile/Scrum delivery processes
7. Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and release management
8. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
10. Excellent written and verbal communication
11. Leadership mindset with a collaborative and proactive attitude
12. Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (highly preferred), PD-I, App Builder, or Architect track
2. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
3. Familiarity with Enterprise-level Salesforce environments and governance
4. Experience working in multi-org setups or global implementations
5. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices
