Application Support - Advisor I

What does a successful Application Support Advisor do at Fiserv?

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical business applications. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing guidance to end-users, and collaborating with various teams to improve application performance and reliability.

What you will do:

• Provide expert-level support for business applications, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams as needed.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Document support activities, maintain detailed logs, and develop user guides.
• Continuously improve support processes and methodologies.

What you will need to have:

• 6+ years of experience in application support.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• 6+ years of education and related experience or equivalent military experience.
• Fiserv systems experience.

What would be great to have:

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with automation and scripting languages.

Salary Range

$87,200.00 - $155,700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
