We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Adobe Workfront Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of our Adobe Workfront instance. The ideal candidate will be the platform owner and SME, responsible for ensuring that our project workflows, reporting structures, and user experience are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
This role requires both technical Workfront expertise and a strong understanding of project and resource management best practices, ideally within marketing, creative, IT, or product development environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as the primary administrator of Adobe Workfront across the organization.

Custom forms

Projects, programs, and portfolios

Task templates, queues, and routing rules

Reports, dashboards, calendars
-
User roles, groups, teams, and permissions
-

Serve as the liaison between business teams and IT, translating requirements into actionable Workfront configurations.

Build and optimize workflow automations, request queues, and approval processes to streamline operations.

Provide training, onboarding, and documentation for users at all levels.

Maintain system integrity through regular audits, data cleanup, and governance enforcement.

Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and implement Workfront best practices.

Partner with Adobe/Workfront support and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.

Stay current on new Adobe Workfront features and proactively implement enhancements.

(If applicable) Support Workfront Fusion and integrations with tools like AEM, Jira, Slack, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

2 5+ years of Workfront administration experience in a mid-to-large enterprise setting.

Strong command of Workfront setup and configuration, including advanced reporting and dashboarding.

Proven experience in workflow design, template creation, and form configuration.

Experience managing user permissions, licenses, roles, and group structures.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong project management mindset and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or marketing workflows.

Ability to train and support users across technical and non-technical teams.

Adobe Workfront Core System Administrator Certification (or equivalent training)

Experience with Workfront Fusion or third-party integrations

Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Creative Cloud, or other Adobe tools

Knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or PPM tools

Familiarity with project lifecycles in marketing, creative operations, or IT delivery
