Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Corporate Digital Operations Support to join our Corporate Affairs Digital team. You'll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing the company's enterprise digital communication platforms-primarily corporate websites-with a keen focus on content strategy, web performance, and brand consistency.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $68.00/hr.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Corporate Digital Operations Support to join our Corporate Affairs Digital team. You'll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing the company's enterprise digital communication platforms-primarily corporate websites-with a keen focus on content strategy, web performance, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily digital publishing operations across our corporate web properties.
- Implement website updates in partnership with cross-functional teams using enterprise CMS platforms.
- Advise stakeholders on digital strategy, content development, and web optimization.
- Enable and execute content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Measure and report website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate on editorial calendars and content syndication using Airtable.
- Support website governance and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Optimize content visibility and user experience across web channels.
- Monitor industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and identify efficiency tools.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and digital research.
? Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in HTML and CSS (JavaScript knowledge a plus).
- Solid grasp of responsive design principles and front-end best practices.
- Experience with responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
- Hands-on experience with CMS, CDN, DAM systems, marketing platforms, and Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in SEO, website optimization, and digital analytics (GA4).
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) for web media asset creation.
? Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in a corporate web communications role-ideally in biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
- Knowledge of enterprise website development and governance.
- Experience using Airtable for digital operations tracking.
- Familiarity with website design systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a technical mindset.
- Exceptional organizational skills and deadline-driven workflow.
