Sr Cybersecurity Business Strategy Consultant
Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Sr Cybersecurity Business Strategy Consultant to support cybersecurity strategy execution, performance monitoring, and special initiatives. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape executive reporting, guide strategic alignment, and support governance activities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of consulting and marketing experience, with strong storytelling, influence, and data visualization skills.
Job Description:
Align cybersecurity workstreams with strategic initiatives and report progress against defined objectives, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to calibrate metrics and operational goals.
Consult and advise leaders and senior managers on reporting design and messaging, applying storytelling, marketing, and influence to ensure clarity and impact.
Monitor and report on OKRs and KPIs tied to Cyber Strategy and Governance, using a resourceful and fast-learning approach to stay ahead of industry trends.
Translate technical data into business insights with strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
Coordinate data collection and facilitate monthly Line of Business (LoB) reviews, fostering collaboration and relationship-building across teams.
Work closely with operational metric owners to evaluate and enhance KPIs, navigating ambiguity and applying consulting expertise to drive performance improvements.
Support ad-hoc projects, stretch assignments, and data analysis/reporting tasks with minimal oversight, maintaining poise in presenting material and executing with precision.
Support organizational event planning activities, demonstrating public speaking confidence and a self-starter mentality to drive engagement and execution.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of experience working in Chief of Staff functions, business consulting or marketing,
3 Years of Experience creating, executive-level materials for senior leadership, including the C-Suite and Board of Directors,
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing cross-functional projects in matrixed environments
Proficiency in data visualization tools
Strong execution skills and ability to work independently, within minimal oversight
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and multiple workstreams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
High adaptability and learning agility
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong PowerPoint and executive reporting
Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
