Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Qlik Sense Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our existing hosted Qlik Sense server environment to Qlik Cloud. The specialist will be responsible for migrating approximately 700 reports and dashboards, rebuilding data models, and ensuring a seamless transition using only Qlik's native tools and components (no third-party tools).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee the end-to-end migration of Qlik Sense applications, data models, and reports from the hosted server to Qlik Cloud.
• Rebuild and configure data connections, security rules, and access controls within Qlik Cloud.
• Validate data integrity, functionality, and performance of all migrated dashboards (approx. 700).
• Work closely with business users to minimize disruption and ensure smooth adoption.
• Create documentation of the migration process, configurations, and any adjustments made.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams for post-migration support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Qlik Sense migration projects, particularly migrating to Qlik Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Qlik's native migration tools and features (no reliance on third-party tools).
• Hands-on experience with Qlik data modeling, scripting, and dashboard development.
• Understanding of security rules, user roles, and performance optimization in Qlik environments.
• Ability to manage large-scale migrations (500+ reports/dashboards).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with large enterprise Qlik environments.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines.
