Application Project Manager

Role Description:
This role will work with application Service Delivery Leaders and Tower Leads to support application activities pre and post close. Below are some examples:

• Remediation of legal entity rationalization impacts in ERP systems (BaaN, Oracle, JDE, etc.)
• Working with application teams to separate or redirect integrated/edge applications to ERPs
• Implementing new applications with various approaches (clone, new instance config, etc.)
• Driving access review of applications based on Census reports
• Supporting OTC FaaS resource re-badging application logical separation as needed
• Coordinate with NewCo to review proposed TSA exit plans and organize sessions to confirm support and resource needs, draft quote and submit for approval
• Provide input to Day 1 readiness checklist, develop project plans and follow up on tasks to achieve.
• As directed complete Weekly status reports, Development and maintenance of projects plans. Ensuring project deliverables are produced and approved in accordance with the EPMO methodology.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience leading projects with various ERP platforms
• Experience with managing ERP systems implementation, upgrades, etc. is a plus
• Exposure with managing projects with infrastructure/hosting elements
• Knowledge of integrated applications/systems and developing overall project plans with cross dependencies
• Needs to be able to manage a large volume of disparate system projects simultaneously
• Self-starter and self-directed with ability to work in an unstructured environment with ambiguity
• Ability to navigate a large matrix organization to determine key contacts
• Solid written and verbiage communication with a customer service focus
