Position: Developer/Programmer Analyst 3
Location: Hybrid - Austin, TX
Work Type: 8 Months Contract with possibility of extension
Focus: Microsoft 365 Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Integration)
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and document Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages).
- Support DSHS CFO s Invoice Tracking System (ITS) expansion.
- Design both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Integrate Power Platform with external services and connectors.
- Participate in Agile sprints, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor other developers.
- Ensure adherence to Power Platform best practices and CoE (Center of Excellence) standards.

- SaaS / PaaS environment experience
- Microsoft Power Platform development
- Power Apps, Power Pages, Connectors, Power Automate
- Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps (Dataverse/SharePoint backend)
- Communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Team collaboration and independent work capability
- Ability to mentor/train other Power Platform developers
- Agile / sprint planning experience
- Power Automate Cloud & Desktop Flows, Process Advisor
- JavaScript and plugin extensions for Power Platform / Pages
- Dataverse tables, connectors, external integrations
- Power BI integration and understanding
- Power Platform CoE Admin Center knowledge
- Agile practices with Texas State Agencies
- Healthcare or Public Health project experience
- Power Virtual Agents, mobile apps, Power Apps Portals
