Detailed Skillsets:

  • Experience working withing a ticketing system such as Jira to manage social media requests.
  • Experience writing and updating social media policy documentation.
  • Experience using social media monitoring platforms such as Sprout Social(preferred) or Hootsuite.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Business Manager & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience developing Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • This role requires extensive knowledge of social media account creation processes, including Facebook pages, YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and WhatsApp Business accounts. In addition, you should have experience working with Meta Business Manager and Google MCC at a level that involves managing multiple users, assets, and ad accounts, including billing setup such as credit lines and payments profiles.
  • Experience re-claiming Facebook pages that were launched and never connected to our Meta business manager. This involves troubleshooting how to connect it, recover the page and troubleshooting with our Meta support team.

Responsibilities:

  • 8years experience working as Social Media Specialist or Operational role with multiple platforms in-depth knowledge.
  • Strong Communication skills to manage different stakeholders, social media platform partners & their support teams.
  • Receive, analyze, execute, and maintain all demands for Animal Health's social media channels for marketing teams, ensuring channels are set up properly according to Animal Health compliance and technology standards and working closely with business owners and agencies during the initial page setup process.
  • Create and remove social media channels when approved by Global Marketing and Global Communications.
  • Provide operational support of current portfolio of social media live assets.
  • Ensure all social media assets are listed and maintained in our social media records platform.
  • Responsible for managing all social media related documentation on the main platforms and monitoring tools we support including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, & Sprout Social.
  • Responsible for platform administration, user management and setup of different user roles on Sprout Social.
  • Develop SOPs and other relevant documentation for company-owned social media channels.
  • Collaborate with Animal Health Global Marketing, Global Communications, and our Pharmacovigilance team to maintain and update our existing social media policies.
  • Lead platform administration, user management and setup of different user roles.
  • Manage the creation, governance, and consolidation of Meta social media accounts in our global Meta Business Manager, including Facebook pages, Instagram accounts, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure best practices for paid social media ad account creation, migration, and governance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Support Global Marketing and Global IT with paid media account onboarding processes to ensure successful integration into our global digital ecosystem.
  • Enhancing the global social media structure and offering guidance to various regions and markets.
