Brand Health Coordinator
Location: Chicago, IL
Hybrid
PURPOSE:
Support the Brand Health Accountability team in managing operational tasks, ensuring efficient and timely communication, and driving the success of Accountability programs.
This role is instrumental in maintaining brand consistency, responding to critical needs, and providing administrative and operational support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the team's shared mailboxes and internal communication channels to ensure accurate, timely, and thoughtful correspondence to inquiries and requests or escalate as necessary.
 - Coordinate day-to-day project activities and timelines in support of Brand Health Accountability initiatives.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, shared tools, templates, and documentation to support efficient team operations.
 - Manage schedules, track project progress, and prepare materials for presentations or meetings in support of the Accountability team.
 - Assist with reporting tasks, such as data entry, tracking key performance metrics, recording milestones, compiling updates, and preparing summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
 - Review and ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within established deadlines.
 - Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications and stakeholder updates in a clear, consistent, and professional manner.
 - Troubleshoot tier 1 technical issues and conduct user acceptance testing on bug fixes and enhancements.
 - Partner and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders - (e.g. Brand, Operations, Insights, Owners, Operators, Design & Construction, Contractors, Vendors) - to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables..
 
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Creative thinker with an eye for design, narrative flow, and presentation refinement.
 - Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Canva or Adobe Create Suite preferred.
 - Familiar with SmartSheet.
 - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and regions.
 
EDUCATION:
- Some College/University
 - Hospitality experience is preferred
 - Eagerness to learn about business operations, data quality, and the hospitality industry.
