Location : San Jose, CA Onsite

Job Description:

  • 5+ years of overall IT experience in Plan, Design, Implementation and Operations of Cisco Webex Contact center and Unified Contact Center and cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent knowledge in Network Design and implementation using Cisco Contact center suite of products like Intelligent Contact Management, Cisco Voice Portal, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Intelligence Center, Virtual Voice Browsers, Finesse, Socialminer, Verint and Calabrio call recording solutions.
  • Familiarity with Webex Contact center, certified preferred
  • Excellent knowledge in Amazon Web Services including EC2, Lambda, VPC, ELB, IAM, S3, API Gateway, Route 53, Cloudfront, Cloudwatch, RDS, EBS, Autoscaling, Amazon Lex, Lambda, S3 and Dynamo DB.
  • Excellent knowledge in cloud contact center solutions like Cisco Webex Contact Center, Amazon Connect. And ability to design and manage cloud-based applications to deliver the required performance, security and availability.
  • Excellent knowledge in NLP and developing chatbots, conversational IVRs for Cisco UCCE using Google Dialogflow.
  • Good understanding of Developer tools, AWS data migration tools and technologies including Storage Gateways and Database migration services.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and python scripting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
