Job Title: Experienced OPTand with Global Client Experience
Location: United States (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OPTor candidate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in India or another country with globally recognized clients such as Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Dell, Infosys, and others. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, a background in IT and consulting, and experience working on large-scale projects. The candidate should also have some experience working in the USA, ensuring a smooth transition to the U.S. working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and consulting support for large-scale IT projects with a focus on systems integration, application development, and IT support.
- Work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems across multiple industries, including banking, healthcare, telecommunications, and more.
- Manage and lead IT teams to deliver projects efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both India and the USA to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Demonstrate leadership in mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Maintain excellent communication with global clients, ensuring all project goals are met and that any issues are promptly addressed.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with globally recognized clients such as Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Dell, Infosys, or equivalent in India or another country, with some experience in the USA.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in any of the following technologies and roles:
- Java, .NET, Full Stack Development, Frontend Engineering, Backend Development, UI/UX Development, SharePoint, ServiceNow, SAP Functional and Technofunctional
- Project Management (PM), Business Analysis (BA), Solutions Architecture
- Network Engineering
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in any of the following technologies and roles:
- Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or other relevant certifications.
- Language: Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Original documents and not forged documents required for verification.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in consulting roles with global clients in the IT and software development industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (on-site and remote).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
