Position Overview Technical Program Manager (TPM):


We are seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep technical understanding of the ASIC development lifecycle. This role requires a professional who can drive complex programs from concept through tape-out, and communicate ASIC flow in depth. You ll work cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and product teams on next-gen AI/ML and Data Center hardware.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in technical program management roles with a focus on ASIC development / chip design
  • Strong grasp of ASIC flow: architecture, RTL, verification, synthesis, P&R, DFT, timing, etc.
  • Proven experience working in Data Center, AI/ML, or similar high-performance domains
  • Prior experience as a Hardware TPM
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, small company/startup environments
