- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY
This role will provide leadership for a multi-platform solution built on Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AWS. They will drive problem-solving, team velocity, and staffing while guiding an evolving team. Skilled in Agile and DevOps, they will collaborate with product and solution owners to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS- Proven experience architecting Salesforce and cross-platform technical solutions.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce products, including sales, service, and experience clouds.
- Strong grasp of systems architecture with a focus on scalable, accessible solutions.
- Knowledge of key design patterns, data volume constraints, best practices, and governor limits.
- Solid understanding of data sharing, visibility, and their impact on platform security.
- Familiar with authentication methods such as SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
- Skilled in environment and release management, version control, and DevOps deployment practices.
- Background in designing and developing large-scale web or client-server systems.
- Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and database architecture.
- Experienced in guiding, mentoring, and leading project teams.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certified or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certified or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in Lightning Design System and Lightning Web Components.
- Responsive web design using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and frameworks such as SLDS, Bootstrap, and Material Design.
- Proficient in Salesforce development tools including CLI (DX IDE), migration tools, SOSL, SOQL, web services, App Builder, and Experience Builder.
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) QUALIFICATIONS- Platform Developer II (PD2) and JavaScript certifications.
- Knowledge of data integration tools (especially MuleSoft) experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (AWS, Box, ABBYY, Clariti) and developing Apex web services.
- OmniStudio and Flow experience.
- MuleSoft experience and integration design patterns.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of the Salesforce implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the existing platform within the architectural landscape
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end-states
- Follow and help define coding standards, focusing on code stability and functionality. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
