Description:

About the Role:

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support two Agile teams within the RMS Program's Supply Chain domain. Your focus will be on enabling high-performing, self-organizing teams that deliver quality outcomes in Data Engineering and Warehouse Inventory Tracking. You'll serve as a coach, facilitator, and delivery enabler in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Team Coaching & Leadership
  • Guide and mentor Agile teams to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Promote a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability.
  • Empower teams to self-organize and own their delivery outcomes.
  • Encourage open communication and healthy conflict resolution.

Agile Process & Facilitation
  • Lead all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate Agile planning activities including PI Planning and release planning.
  • Ensure alignment with Agile SDLC practices and internal tooling standards.
  • Participate in Scrum of Scrums and support cross-team coordination.

Delivery Enablement & Impediment Removal
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers to team progress.
  • Support teams in delivering high-quality, value-driven outcomes.
  • Facilitate decision-making and promote Agile best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical leads.
  • Align team efforts with business goals, timelines, and capabilities.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage cross-team risks.

Tooling & Reporting
  • Use Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, track performance, and generate reports.
  • Coach teams on tooling best practices to improve visibility and efficiency.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise Agile environment.
  • Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and servant leadership principles.
  • Strong facilitation skills across Agile ceremonies and planning events.
  • Experience coaching Agile teams toward high performance and maturity.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the Supply Chain domain, particularly in Data Engineering or Warehouse Inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC practices and enterprise tooling standards.
  • Experience participating in or facilitating Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices.
