SAP Project Manager- SAP Ariba Implementation

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Ariba implementations to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes, project lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, etc.).

  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communication strategies.

  • Conduct regular status meetings and executive updates.

  • Ensure successful data migration, integration with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC), and testing phases.

  • Facilitate change management and user training initiatives.

  • Resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years as an SAP Project Manager.

  • Proven experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing business processes.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.

  • Exposure to global procurement processes and compliance requirements.

  • Familiarity with change management and training strategy development.
