Job Details
Infrastructure Analyst position with a strong Endpoint & SCCM
Duration: 6-12+ Months- Contract to Hire
Rate: Market Rate
Location: Beltway 8/Westheimer area of Houston, TX
Monday thru Thursday on-site work schedule 8:30am-5:30pm Friday is remote half day from home 7:30am-11:30am.
Qualifications & Experience: The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in endpoint management or a similar role.
Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Defender XDR, SentinelOne and other relevant technologies).
Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID.
Experience with Teams and Microsoft OneDrive configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Follow Me printing solutions and Universal Print.
Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
