Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Intune Administrator.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with various devices and applications
* Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of Intune installations across all device configurations; Tablet, MAC, Intel, Laptop, Desktop, IOS, and Android devices
* Provide in-person and remote support to our user base
* Enforce change management and compliance processes
* Respond to each inquiry whether from a customer, vendor or co-worker in a courteous and professional manner
* Perform all other duties and projects that may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field
* Four (4) years of experience with Intune and SCCM administration
* Experience supporting MAC, IOS, Android, and Intel devices
* Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel or PowerPoint applications
* The ability to provide internal and external customers with courteous and professional experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
