Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Location: Remote
Duration: On-going / Long-term

We re partnering with a top-tier client to find an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer who s equal parts strategist and hands-on problem-solver. What You ll Do

  • Keep the gates secure manage and administer IAM systems like Omada, IBM Security Identity Manager, and Azure Entra ID.

  • Handle user lifecycle management from start to finish: provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and audits.

  • Implement and support SSO and MFA integrations across both cloud and on-prem environments (think Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, AWS IAM).

  • Troubleshoot IAM issues, assist new IT users, and keep operations running smoothly.

  • Partner with app owners and vendors to make sure new systems launch securely and seamlessly.

What You Bring

  • 6-8 years of hands-on IAM implementation and operational experience.

  • Expertise in IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.

  • Proven experience with Azure Entra ID and strong understanding of RBAC and ABAC models.

  • Great communicator who can translate tech-speak into something humans understand.

  • Analytical mindset and a knack for finding elegant solutions to complex problems.

Bonus Points For

  • IAM certifications (CIAM, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator).

  • Experience designing IAM architectures and integrating with HRIS systems.

  • Background in cybersecurity and infrastructure systems.

  • Direct experience with IBM ISIM and Omada IGA.
