Role: Sr. Oracle delivery Manager with EBS
Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site)
Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, focusing on modules such as Order Management, Purchasing, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Conduct workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live support.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration documents and functional design specifications for CEMLI components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues.
- Stay updated with Oracle EBS advancements and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12, with deep knowledge of SCM modules.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Strong understanding of business processes in discrete or industrial manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring project milestones are met
