Oracle HCM Learning Functional Lead
Location Charlotte NC (Hybrid)
Contract: 5Months+
Job Summary:
The Oracle HCM Learning Functional Lead who can provide end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements
Required Skills:
- Need Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with at least 6-10 yrs of experience
- Need 2 full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle Learning modules
- Must have experience Leading Teams. Lead in project requirements analysis, functional design, reports development and testing.
- Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and release management of Oracle Cloud applications
- Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player
- Has excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
- Document solutions clearly
- Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
