We are seeking a Human Capital Management (HCM) Training Specialist to support state-wide talent acquisition and performance management initiatives. This role involves delivering training, providing consultation, analyzing program data, and ensuring effective use of Workday HCM solutions.
What You ll Do:
Deliver Workday HCM training and resources for recruiters & HR teams.
Share best practices for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and talent pool optimization.
Maintain & update training materials and course content.
Conduct both virtual and in-person instructor-led training.
Analyze HCM-related data and produce reports & presentations.
Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
Must Have Skills:
3+ years of human resources experience (or equivalent combination of education & experience)
Experience delivering training via in-person, online, virtual, and multimedia methods
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Program management and organizational skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) proficiency
Preferred Skills:
Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization experience
HRIS systems training experience
