Job Details
Technical Skills:
- 10-15 years of experience
- Heavy retail experience is a must
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master with deployment and technical teams
- Strong expertise in managing backlogs and sprint execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience managing project budgets and reporting financials
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
- Technical understanding or experience in infrastructure/deployment projects is a plus
