- Lead and manage a team of network operations specialists
- Oversee daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure
- Ensure continuous network availability, performance, and security
- Act as the escalation point for complex network incidents and outages
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems, and engineering teams to resolve issues
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, topologies, and procedures
- Enforce DoD security standards, policies, and compliance requirements
- Track metrics and report on network performance and incident resolution
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Experience leading network operations teams in a DoD or federal environment
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security practices, and incident response
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
